I’ve been with RDHS for 13 years and have lived in two of their properties. Over this time, I’ve seen immense growth within the management. I find the property managers to be a positive influence and they are very approachable, if you have any issues or concerns; They make you feel comfortable and are easy to talk with. I can always phone, text of even pop into the office without feeling stressed about it at all. There is definitely a night and day difference.

When I first got to RDHS, I was pregnant. That being said, it was great having a place that I could afford, especially as a single mom while also dealing with other health problems. I went through several years not being able to work, and because of that I would not have been able to pay rent anywhere else. That is why it’s so great to have been able to live here for so long.

It’s always been a pleasure working with the Property Managers at Red Door Housing. Ivy is always helpful and as the operations manager, she is approachable and personable. After living in Cottonwood for so long, I can say first hand, that it has that close-knit family feel that I know a lot of people value in a community.

The rent at Red Door is specified to what individuals are able to pay, which is awesome. If you have any problems with paying rent, you can always talk to RDHS and adjust payments for the duration needed. They are always willing to help you out the best they can.
