Our Projects


This BC Housing funded project is a re-development of Red Door’s 40 town houses into 31 studios, 48 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom, 24 three-bedroom and 8 four-bedroom apartment units. The 150 units will be provided in a four-story wood frame building over a raised concrete parkade on the 1.92 acre site. A central courtyard will provide a protected play area and gathering space for residents.

Mi Casa Project

The existing building at 870 E 8th Avenue has become aged and our society was faced with heavy upgrades and major maintenance costs over the next ten years. The society was led to make financial decisions, and new development planning was consented to proceed with a rezoning process for a new affordable housing development.  The proposed development will have 52 mixed units for rent, including 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, to house a diversity of seniors, and a mixture of moderate to low income families.
