Apply for Housing
As rents continue to rise everywhere, RDHS is committed to providing affordable rental housing at the lowest rates possible to households with low to moderate incomes.
RDHS offers affordable rental housing under multiple funding and subsidy programs. This means that some of our units are rented at the low end of local market rates, and others are charged at rent-geared-to-income (RGI) rates (30% of your assessed annual income). You may also qualify for further subsidized housing if your income is lower than BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits (HILs).
Please note: Completing an application to RDHS for rental housing does not guarantee the applicant a tenancy. Due to a high number of applications, successful applicants will only be contacted when a unit matching their application becomes available.
Low-End-of-Market (LEM) Rental Housing
RDHS provides rental units at the low end of local market rates to households with low to moderate incomes.
To enquire about LEM units at RDHS, please email [email protected].
Rent Geared-to-Income (RGI) and other Subsidized Housing
RDHS selects tenants for RGI and other subsidized units from the BC Housing Registry. Please note that the availability of subsidized and RGI units is limited.
Apply: Please apply directly through the BC Housing Registry or call 604.433.2218.
*RDHS follows the National Occupancy Standard when filling all vacancies.
